Cerbral primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is a neoplasm of children and young individuals that occurs predominantly in the supratentorial comparment. It is a diagnosed as a genetic term for cerbellar medulloblastomas and for neoplasm which
are
morphologically indistingishable from the medulloblastoma but are located at other sites in the CNS. In this report. We retrospectively reviewed and analyzed 7 CT and 2 MR findings in 7 patients with pathologically-proven PNET or radiologically
characteristic PNET findings. The most characteristic features of the PNETs was a well-defined oval or round large mass with/without intratumoral calcification and hemorrhage in the cerebral hemisphere, especially in the parietal and frontal
